Those routines that could not be replaced by any sum of wealth

Sometimes, at the rate we are going (highly influenced by the world's common race for something indefinite), we will be sucked in so deep into nothingness and forget to breathe and savor the moments we have in each day of our short lifetime.

I try not be in the common state, as much as I could....for instance:

1.
I treasure each time Neena (or any of my kids) would come to my small workstation at home to ask me something....

2.
It is always a sheer joy, watching my baby sleeps...

3.
Everyday, before the first sunray reached the earth, the twins are already on their way to school, and each day, I would not miss it for the world to send them, up to the door of their classroom.

4.
Once I am back from sending the twins, Neena would already be in her uniform. Sitting with her, simply observing her enjoying her first meal of the day, is really a massive joy.

5.
Fetching Neena from her school, the sound of her footsteps running towards the car, the smile of joy on her face. The world is just simply, mine....mine.

6.
....and the chats we'd have before we doze off...
Owh, the shot below was taken on the first day of the new year for Hokkiens, therefore the twins were not supposed to be schooling....teehehe...good thing their Auntie Liza was there on holiday otherwise I would not be at The Republik on that day too! :o)

7.
It is just something that I could not possible describe nor make everybody appreciate it like I do...but it does not matter at all for me. I am enjoying it. I took the red pill. I am off the matrix. Never wanted to even consider the blue pill anymore. I guess what I am saying here is....I've been waiting for this moment all my life.....say what you want...but I am here. Already.

Out playing!

....with some good ol' friends and my little compacts.
Hopefully the rain will stop soon so I can go back and get ready for some in-the-pool shots...

King Kong's babe

The last time we went to this resort, Aliya was just about 8months old...
Now, she is "Boss KingKong"....and you know who is KingKong lah!

Enjoyed every moment I recorded and every moment I spent in the water with her and the other two.

Here....this was the shot that I did, back in 2006.

More in my FlickrPro

The pools are ok, but not as good as it used to be. Same with the facilities/ It seems like the owner just wanna press hard for fast cash and maybe dump it off once the goal is reached. I don't really know but the maintenance of the place is really bad, to my eyes at least.

Oh well...we had a great time nevertheless! We have to do more of this....insyaAllah!

Bangi & Kajang in PD

Bangi Kopi Tiam & Sate Kajang Hj Samuri in PD....you won't miss it la, nampak dr jalan raya.
Verdict, fail. BKT serving of kuey teow sup is like half of what I wud get at the 2 branches I frequent. Asked for chopsticks, got toothpick!! No chopstick here apparently! I think Kid really needs to buckle up the staff & manager here....
SKHS pulak....memang totally fail. Sate keras, no taste. Memalukan Kajang lagi ada laa....so much about making it big, quality terus tarak. It used to be good back in the 80's.
Anyway, food is just part of the deal...off to the resort now....taaaaa!

Lepak Kampung

1.
Supposedly, I wanted to bring the family (my family, my kid bro & sis families & our parents) to a "cuti-cuti Mesia" treat during the end of 2009....but as many of you - my good friends - knew, things happened, terpaksa set aside, all my energy and money was just to set my business partnership, almost immediately...

...and when the package arrived we have been working hard to make it fly....

Alhamdulillah....miracle does happen, rezeki di tangan Allah, bukan bergantung pada PPA/ KPI ataupun orang atasan kita di sesebuah organisasi....they can play God, but when the time comes, they will have to answer....definitely!

.....finally LIVING MY LIFE 24x7, not being attached to any employer/ organization....and not reporting to bastards that would benefit everything from you contribution and give you the lowest possible rating available.

2.
The kids have been enjoying each moment since we arrived...running around, playing with their cousins. The house is already like "tongkang pecah"...but hearing them laughing and playing all day long, are just priceless....

3.
Tomorrow we will be in a simple resort in PD for two nights.....and at this point of time, where the actually bedtime is long due, the kids are still playing, still too excited to be back in kampung.....including the youngest one in the bunch (for now!) - Baby Zahra.

4.
Actually, it is really a great deal, being able to do whatever you want to and get some moolahs enough to provide happy days for the family....but of course, an Audi would be great too...but not a major priority for now....no sir!

5.
Now...it is time to enjoy a bit with the clan, whenever possible, dgn rezeki yg kedapatan....Alhamdulillah. It is no more "I want/wish"...it is now "I am"....I have a great family and I am living my life together with them....I don't just write tell-tale stories to cover-up for a disastrously farked-up family life like some idiotas has been living...Do you? :o)

So, my friends (and enemies - if you've been peeping on what I have been up to lately) , what have you been up to?

Gong Xi Fa Chai

The works been quite demanding lately.

Not complaining, in fact I am totally happy.
Things seem to be moving in place, slowly but insya-Allah surely.

The challenge for me now (and indirectly for the whole family) is to really adapt to the new situation. The day seems very hectic to all, including Neena.

We have a couple of hours together in the afternoon, then maybe dinner (maybe - because sometimes we have late tea and we don't do dinner) and later at night it is homework time before calling for lights off around 930pm the latest. Engaged in a good night chat and in no time everybody will doze-off.

The day starts at 6am for everybody and the cycle re-commence.

I have more free time in the morning - despite being the driver for everybody! - but I wish the kids are around me....but hey, they are growing and they are already schooling (including Neena who now would complaint if I pick her up too early from the day care!) and starting to communicate more with the outside world.

I hope everything will be much better than it used to. Weekends are meant for the family - unless there are shooting contracts to be fulfilled. Holidays are important...and that is why we would want to spend the Gong xi Fa Chai break together, only the family!

May the year be more rewarding for all of us! InsyaAllah.
To all my Chinese friends - GONG XI FA CHAI!

Curiosity...

...she never grew tired of it...

....well, almost!
