.....and it's 80% confirmed a girl!

She's active

We went for the monthly check-up on Wednesday morning. Baby Achoncho was asleep until it was time for the scanning. As expected, Baby Achoncho was active in there. Hands moving, legs kicking, head wriggling and it was not easy to get Baby Achoncho's 'thingy' on the screen but after a number of attempts, judging by 'the line' seen between the cute legs, the doctor concluded that it's high possibility Baby Achoncho is a girl!! Confirmation on that would only be possible on our next visit, providing that Baby Achoncho is more co-operative! (Maybe we should start calling it Baby Acheecha now.....)

Anyways, we are not concerned whether it's a boy or a girl, we are just happy to know that insya-Allah in December around x-mas, Alisya & Naufal will be Big Sis & Big Bro!

After months of surveys, Mama has now started to list down the things we need to have ready for the delivery day. The jamu lists, the baby & mummy clothing & stuff lists, the 'must-always-be-in-the-vehicle-in-case-of-sudden-alarm pack for mummy, daddy & baby' list. Paranoid? I don't think so. We just try hard not to take things for granted when it comes to amanah as parents....and one part of that amanah is providing the baby with a good name. Have been updating the baby name list we prepared 2+ years back for the twins...

Alisya & Naufal has been prepped-up too, they know who is Kak Long and who is Abang Ngah of the family. They have been 'playing' with Mama's tummy, kissing the baby, singing and talking to the baby, offering their toys , checking the baby's heartbeat (Alisya got a doctor's play kit recently)...in short, they know they'll have a new family member soon.

Alisya has started saying like, "Nii baby ni addekk kakkak niii..."

Life has more meaning since the day we got Alisya & Naufal.....
